Your ticket confirmation email will contain a link to specify your preferred bottle order. If you are drawn as a winner, but have not specified your preferred selection, your selection will be assigned from the remaining bottles.

Short Terms & Conditions

• The Maumee Valley Whiskey Society (MVWS) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization; this raffle is conducted in accordance with O.R.C. Section 2915.092. Proceeds from this raffle will benefit the cause listed in the description. By entering into this raffle you agree to the terms and conditions set forth.
• Purchased tickets are not eligible for refund for any reason.
• The raffle will be conducted via livestream, announced on our social media page or website.
• There will be exactly five (5) winners of this raffle. Each entrant, regardless of the number of tickets purchased, is only eligible to win one (1) item in this raffle. The first winner will select from all available options, the second winner will select from the remaining bottles, this will be repeated until all offered items are claimed.
• To streamline the process of selecting bottles, specify your desired bottles in order from most desired to least desired in the comments section of the check out page. If a winner has not specified their preferences, and they are not present, they will still win, however they will yield their winning preference position to those that have specified their bottles, or attend the raffle drawing.
• Winners must pick up their bottles within 2 weeks of the date of drawing. Unclaimed bottles will be retained by MVWS to be used for future fundraising. Winners may designate a proxy to pick up their bottles. Winners and any designated proxies must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• In the event a raffle does not reach the minimum number of tickets needed before the raffle end date, all tickets will be carried forward to the next raffle.
