About This Pick

New Riff Distilling in Covington, KY was the first distillery we did a barrel pick with back in 2022, we again did a pick in 2023, this August we will be doing a "Twin Pick". One Bourbon, as before, and one Rye, something we've not done. Since New Riff requires payment for at least 1/4 of the barrel before the pick can proceed, we're are asking anyone who enjoyed either or both of the 2022 & 2023 picks to jump on board in advance!

Aroma - Polished Oak, Sweet Berry
Palate - dark fruit, white pepper, black tea

Rye

Barrel: 27350
Age at time of selection: 4 years, 2 months, 22 days
Aroma - Brown sugar, subtle smoke
Palate - vanilla butter cream, maple, molasses ginger cookie
