Everwild Spirits is a family owned craft bourbon distillery, located in downtown Sandusky, Ohio. They were inspired by this family history to develop and craft unique and distinctive bourbon whiskeys that represent the local land and grains of their native Ohio. New White American Oak barrels are grown, harvested and coopered by the Speyside Bourbon Cooperage in Jackson, Ohio. The grains (corn, rye, wheat, and barley) are grown, harvested and processed from local northern Ohio farms

Tasting Notes: This single barrel bottling of our high wheat bourbon has been barrel aged in new American Oak Barrels, #4 char, for 6 years, 3 months, and is remarkably smooth. It is non-chill filtered to ensure its exceptional flavor is preserved. The nose offers notes of brown sugar, vanilla and honey, with hints of cinnamon on the palate. The finish is velvety soft, with a suggestion of nutty caramel and a warm vanilla that lingers.
